Once you purchase the policies, you can use and modify them for your business. However, the underlying templates and our service remain our intellectual property. You can't resell our policies or our service to other companies.
We work hard to provide quality HR policies, but we can't guarantee they'll solve every HR issue. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid ($197). We're not responsible for how you implement or use the policies, and we strongly recommend legal review before implementation.
Your privacy matters. Check out our Privacy Policyfor details on how we handle your information. The short version: we protect your data and don't sell it.
We aim for 99.9% uptime, but sometimes technology hiccups happen. We'll work quickly to resolve any service issues. If we can't deliver your policies due to a technical problem, we'll provide a full refund.
If something goes wrong, let's talk it out like adults. Contact us at [email protected] and we'll work to resolve any issues. If we can't reach an agreement, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We may update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email. Continued use of our service after changes means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
